If you haven't installed Citrus but would like to get it, you can always find it at SourceForge. It is freely redistributable, so there are probably plenty of other places to find it as well. Eventually, binary packages will be made available. Until then, you'll have to download the source code and compile it for yourself.
Citrus is aimed at Unix audiences. Although it probably wouldn't be hard to make a Windows, MacOS, BeOS, QNX, or even PDP RT-11 version, that's not what I'm interested in doing at the moment. If you port it to some new operating system, I'll be happy to include changes in the next version as long as they don't make the code unreadable and they maintain the current coding style (to use the term loosely).
