Prefixes modify the scale of a Unit
Detailed Description
A Prefix is a class that represents a change in the order of magnitude of Unit objects. Each Prefix has a name and a single-character abbreviation. All the standard Prefixes are read from the XML configuration file.
Some prefixes are to be avoided (the SI standard discourages the use of the deci- prefix, for instance). This information is stored with each prefix so that Citrus won't generate output using these prefixes.
